I booked a consultation of our HVAC system after experiencing some excessive moisture on the windows. Sina was here in good time for this non-emergency, and was very informative and helpful. He was honest and told me the HVAC was in very good shape - didn't try to sell us any work. We'll definitely have him back (if needed!)

The company was in the list of few most respectable in our area.
Sina has done a great job. Reasonable price and professional approach. Nice person. Charged me one third of the quote that offered the gas technician who I called first. Found that guy on marketplace. Bad decision.

I recently had a tankless water heater installed by Local Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Sina was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. The installation was seamless, and the attention to detail was excellent — everything looks great and works perfectly.
It’s rare to find a company that combines great workmanship with genuine customer care, but Local Heating and Cooling does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home’s heating or hot water system.
