Had my gas fireplace cleaned by Nick today and he gave me some really good tips about my ductless units. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. He installed my gas fireplace 6 years ago and services it every year. Nice to have a person/company you can rely on.

We had our Rheem furnace and AC installed in February 2022. We had 5 quotes done at the time and liked Nick, who replaced our old beast of a furnace. There was no pressure when getting a quote from Nick and the pricing was comparable. The workmanship was friendly and professional. We would strongly recommend this company.

Nick was a great communicator and seemed very trustworthy. He was very informative and helpful. He answered my questions in detail and gave me useful advice. His coworker Dan helped with installation and he was very friendly. Both showed the utmost professionalism, bringing in mats to avoid tracking slush into the house, they were polite, and were in and out in 2 hours. I needed my water heater replaced. It was under a manufacturer's warranty and they honoured that even though they did not install the initial unit, and came by within 2 days. Making the appointment was painless, and it's clear that they have a good and communicative local team. I only paid for labour. They went above and beyond by giving me tips and inspecting all the units it was connected to. After multiple negative interactions with EnerCare, I am very happy to find a local team that I can rely on.
