I can’t say enough great things about Tri-City Heating and Cooling! Our old furnace stopped working on the coldest weekend of the year—Saturday evening, of course—and we were incredibly stressed about what to do. We called Tri-City Heating and Cooling, and they came out right away.They quickly assessed the situation and clearly explained our options: repair the existing furnace or replace it with a new one. Because of the age of our furnace, they didn’t have the necessary parts in stock and it would have to be ordered. They were upfront that, either way, we would have to wait until Monday since suppliers were closed for the weekend. We really appreciated their honesty and transparency.What truly impressed us was that they didn’t just leave us to figure it out. They went above and beyond by bringing back multiple space heaters and placing them throughout our home to make sure our family stayed warm until the work week. That level of care and consideration meant so much to us.We decided to move forward with a new furnace. True to their word, they contacted us first thing Monday with pricing, and by Tuesday morning their team was there installing our new system. I have had a wonderful experience with TriCity's services. Their technicians are willing to visit my home on a stormy day (on the same day I called the company). They are patient and clearly explain what issues my furnace has. They also addressed my concerns satisfactorily. Prices are reasonable.

We woke up without heat just before this years first snow fall was about to hit. The team at Tri City Heating and Cooling Inc were extremely quick to respond and get things fixed for us. From same day quote to next day install, we weren’t left without heat for long, and that was all thanks to them. Tom & Ethan helped with the install and they were nothing but kind, professional, knowledgeable and quick. The space around the new furnace was left cleaner than when they started & everything is working great! From start to finish the service & execution was flawless. Can’t recommend this company enough.
