I woke up on the morning of February 19th with no heat. I called JD Indoor Comfort and they were able to send out a tech to take a look the same day. The tech, Luis N., took his time and methodically was able to diagnose the problem as a broken plastic piece in the back of the on/off switch, causing the wire to come loose and not make a proper connection. Luis replaced the switch and I was back up and running within the hour. THIS is the type of honest, competent service that, unfortunately is rarely experienced these days. Thanks Luis and JD Indoor Comfort for saving the day.
We are continuously pleased with the communication and work provided by JD Indoor Comfort, especially during the installation of a new water heater and most recently, furnace, that unfortunately went out on one of the coldest days this calendar year. We were taken care of with urgency given that we have 3 little ones that we wanted to keep warm. Time and time again, we are blown away with what a great job the entire team does, both in and out of the office. They are our go-to company when services are needed and make us feel like family!

The office personnel are very personable and helpful, The engineer when he arrives was friendly and professional, he wore covers on his boots. My system was professionally installed by JD comfort originally and it’s had zero problems since installation. However, I would highly advise having it maintained known again just to make sure there’s no problems or issues when you most need your system.
