Our AC stopped blowing cool air in the midst of a heat wave. I called Ortiz air and they made an appointment with us the same day only a few hours later !!! Fixed the problem quickly for reasonable price. They are very kind and professional. Highly recommend!
I read previous reviews, that's what prompted me to give them a call, my Central Air has not been working properly for a while now it would turn on for about 5 minutes, blow some air, not even cold air then turn off, it wouldn't even blow heat.I called Ortiz Air on 6/17/19 at 6:30 in the evening, I was all ready to leave a message, I really wasn't expecting anyone to answer the phone but someone did, Martin to be exact, he was polite and helpful he told me it would be a 45.00 service call to come out and diagnose the problem and if I chose to have the problem repaired the 45.00 goes towards the repair fees, Martin gave me an appointment for the next day between the hours of 8:30-10:30 am, I was happy and surprised that I got an appointment so soon, today 6/18/19 Ortiz air-conditioning specialist Emmanuel and Rueben came in the allotted appointment time, diagnosed the problem quickly and told m how much it would cost to have the repairs done, I let out a big sigh of relief when I was informed that it would only be 120.00 to replace the part that wasn't communicating properly to turn the air on and off.I feel that the work was done quickly, efficiently and most of all, at a reasonable price, I would use there service again and recommend them as well.
