Matt did a great job at my furnace maintenance service.While here, Matt discovered that my 15 year old water heater was leaking and suggested it be replaced. Matt was able to get replacement water heater available to be installed the next day.Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Matt and Barker.

This was not a very positive experience with Baker heating and air. I'm with the PG&E energy savings program and they sent out this company. There was misinformation about the services and equipment I would be provided. Their representative who came out told me things that were not necessarily true. The only positive thing I can say is the tech that came out to do the work did put new LED lightbulbs in for me. He was supposed to check the weatherstripping and other things which he did not do and said that he did (watched him through my external cameras). I asked if he could change my AC filter, he said it wasn't his job but reluctantly did it. Keep in mind all you have to do is step on one stepstool to put it in but since I have a bad back and not able to maneuver very well. I asked him and you would've thought I was asking him to pull his own teeth. I talked before he came with two separate supervisors who both gave me conflicting information. Not to mention their rep that came out. Hopefully PG&E will change companies they contract with
Very detailed about what needs to be done and followed up very good service. I reduced this from 5 to 3 because on the finish of the job they did not put the cover on the furnace. Then the outside panel that cover the furnace was put on upside down and incorrectly as well as leaving screws on the ground outside panel I had to go out and correct the issues.i don’t know what the inspector will think he sees the furnace cover just lying in there. Update it has been a couple months now but the Techs and Barker have been very good on responding very quickly and resolving all the issues. And changing the star rating to a 4. Pleas read post entirely has they have been excellent since the first issue
