It's great to have reliable HVAC service and the customer relations over the phone has also been exceptional (assisting with booking, updates, etc.).

I was grateful for the step by step process that Leo gave me. It made our options easy to understand and to move forward. My air conditioner wasn’t putting out cold air like it used to so I called Advantage Air to send someone out to see if there was an issue. Within 15-20 minutes of Jorge arriving at my house, he had diagnosed the issue as a leak somewhere in my system. He was courteous, sociable, and professional throughout the visit, which also included a quick trip to my attic so he could explain a few things about the system to me. Getting a quote for the price of a new system required someone else to come by. The next day, Milan showed up and patiently went through my options. With tariffs possibly affecting future prices, he was concerned that a new system could cost me thousands more if we didn’t get the system sooner rather than later. Given the potential cost of $7000 (pre-tariff) to replace what I had, he opted to put a temporary hold on an A/C unit to give me time to think about what I wanted to do. I wound up getting bids from 2 other companies and, to the credit of Advantage air, their price was in line with what the other two companies bid for the job. I was impressed enough with their service that I wanted to write this review if only to thank Jorge and Milan for coming out to my house. They knew their stuff, they offered a fair price for their services, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their HVAC system.

I had a great experience with David F, the technician who serviced my A/C unit. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was highly knowledgeable and experienced. He took the time to explain each step of his process in a way that was easy to understand, and he patiently answered all of my questions with thorough and thoughtful responses. I truly appreciated how he didn’t rush through the job, but instead made sure everything was done with care and attention to detail. He also offered helpful recommendations based on his expert assessment, which gave me confidence in maintaining the system going forward. It’s not often you come across someone with both technical skill and excellent communication—David really delivered on both!!
