Outstanding from beginning to end. I contacted Juan when the AC unit went out in my mother in law’s house. I tried a few things but wasn’t able to figure it out. Juan was able to come out the same day, identify the cause and fix it quickly without any upselling. They were very upfront and honest, which we greatly appreciated. Needed an emergency repair asap. Called Lakewood Heating and Air and they were able to stop and fix my problem within about 2 hours. The tech, Ryan, was super friendly. Explained in detail what the problem was, and explained what he did to fix it. Definitely using this company again to do my AC maintenance. I love doing work with companies that are prompt!
