C&L installed my HVAC a couple years ago. Came home from work earlier this week to 48 degrees inside, called & set up an appointment for a couple days later (we’ve been in single digit temps & snow for a week so they are a bit backed up) tried a couple troubleshooting tips from YouTube & got the heat to kick back on. The following morning Chris text me to confirm the upcoming appointment the next day, I let him know we could cancel.. no problem. I wake up the morning of the now canceled appointment & it’s 60 inside… HVAC has shut down again. I messaged Chris to ask if there’s any way he could still fit me in & he came right over. Diagnosed the control board issue, went & picked up parts & had the repair done in a couple hours total. The parts were under warranty so only charged for the labor. Working with C&L is always quick, easy & straightforward and they were much more affordable than other quotes I got back when I replaced my system. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to C & L by a neighbor, and these guys really helped out my mother when she needed a new furnace. Her furnace fell into complete disrepair, and they sold us a new one for a price that I consider very fair. I chose this a/c vendor from their TV commercial. It caught my attention because it was simple and to the point. I immediately left an email inquiry and was contacted very shortly after. Within in minutes I was scheduled for a service call later that week. The day of the service call the tech was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. After a thorough explanation of the service and next steps it was determined that a new unit was needed. I was able to schedule the installation during the service appointment. I received follow up texts about my install, they were on time for the install, again, very professional, minimal mess if any and work was completed in just a few hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service or new equipment. I referred them to a colleague and she scheduled her appointment for service and had a great experience, too. C & L Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is a solid, dynamic, focused unit that is reliable and persistent in accommodating my family's environmental needs for quality control and distribution throughout our home's central air. This team, consisting of Christopher, Toby, Tyler, and Malecai, is excellent at communicating with one another and is quick to respect their lead with constant feedback and reassurance of the task and its completion, whether through communication with me (homeowner) or the lead placed onsite. Collaboration is consistently responsive. Each team member is energetic and highly engaging in their work esthetics, providing input on creative ways to enhance the home and quality of life when requested. The employees on hand are wholly committed to being their best, representing the company and its efforts to shine and care. Staff work quality seems 100% on with improving matters for my home and amongst the team, so not one person is performing all the work.

Past services "Prudential and Dauenhaurer" expressed commitment to other obligations, extended wait from service teams, appointment no-shows, unrealistic resolutions, and pricing inconsistencies. Chris and many of his team members do very well at assessing the situation that they are in and providing some beneficial recommendations. C & L team lead mitigates best-fit items comparable at cost and quality to units used by some of the larger senior companies, two of which are listed above. If you are like me and have bought into an older home, enjoy DIY projects, but when time isn't there, you look to an outside resource that is trustworthy, no BS, and can offer you reliable home improvement advice that won't put you in a position that causes you to waste money, then pay close attention to this team. Having a team come in and honor my project needs was refreshing. Over five months since C & L Heating and Air installed my brand-new AC and mini split. The review delay was due to my busy life, plus I also wanted to allow enough time to lapse to evaluate and ensure there were no issues with our heating and air. I have no complaints; in November, I will follow up on Christopher's recommendation and have Louisville Insulation come out and spray foam the back office crawl space.

Overall, the work performed, pricing, unit installed, advice, time to completion, clean up, communication and attitude were all top-notch!
