Nathan and his team are amazing. Nathan explained everything to me so that I can understand what’s going on. It was discovered I needed a full central unit replacement . Nathan explained my options made the financing process go so smoothly. He was patient and kind. His team came the very next morning and had my unit replaced so we could be warm as soon as possible. His workers were friendly to me and my animals and cleaned up all of their mess during installation. I came home to a warm home and there was no trace they were even here. He even answered questions and concerns I had after installations. I will never use another company again!

After receiving a text from Absolute Refrigeraion that it was time for the fall check up of our unit, I responded. An appointment for the next day was made . I received a phone call the next morning that they would be arriving in about 30 minutes. Upon arriving, the technicians checked our thermostat, the unit, and our attic insulation. Since I can’t create a new post, I’ll just have to update an existing post from over a year ago. This issue began 7-21-25 and was promptly fixed on 7-22. Once again, Absolute Refrigeration has gone above and beyond with their exceptional service. Late last night, the capacitor on my home’s AC unit went out, and the system was blowing only warm air. I contacted their after-hours answering service and explained the issue. By the time I woke up the next morning, they had already scheduled an appointment for the same day. Cayson and Juan arrived within a reasonable timeframe, were professional and courteous throughout the visit, and quickly diagnosed the problem. In no time at all, they had my AC back up and running. I couldn’t be more impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Absolutely fantastic service – highly recommended!
