I chose Air Leaders to install a new Rinnai RX199 tankless water heater at my new home and absolutely loving it. Dan came to visit the site within days after our first contact. He gave professional opinion and I was very happy with the product. His team came to install a new gas line, removed the old hot water tank, and put in this new unit at our basement. Called Air Leaders Thursday and Dan came to the house within three hours to carefully discuss furnace options, attributes of each. No pressure to choose a particular one. Only pressure is that my current furnace had died Wednesday and it was now 9° inside. This was Thursday before a long weekend. I was amazed. 9am Friday the crew came and by 2:30 I had a nice new furnace and I had heat!!!Impressive! Another company was to call me Thursday w a quote and I haven't heard from them even today, Saturday. It was the company that Red tagged the furnace so they knew I needed help.So yes... I'd choose Air Leaders. That's service! No complaints about their price either!
Our old furnace that served many years finally stopped working in winter and our house was getting cold. We called Air Leaders in the morning for a quote. Dan came for inspection and provided us with a few options for the new furnace. He explained the benefits & costs for each option as well as rebates from manufacturer. Dan answered our questions in detail for us to make good decisions. Dan's team came promptly and finished installation of the new furnace that afternoon. We are glad we can get our house warm again in the same day.The installation seems nice. A new pipe was added for air exfiltration according to the new standard. After installation, Dan checked around and gave us advice for not blocking ventilation. He also patiently responded to our follow-up questions in text messages after the team left. Would highly recommend!
