Our furnace needed replacement and since it wasn’t too cold out yet I wasn’t in a rush to replace it. Over the one week that our furnace was out I called and got quotes from 4 different places. One of them being a friend that gave me a friends and family discount. Then another friend recommended Eco Star. I requested a quote from the website on their chat option. Joseph got back to me in less than an hour with the lowest quote I received all week (even from my friend) and once I confirmed the purchase on the phone they came to install within 2-3 hours. Very happy with the speed of service and their pricing. Their installers were very polite and helpful as well. Highly recommend them.

I contacted Eco Star Home Services after chatting with a neighbour who was very pleased with the speed, quality, and price he was quoted for a tankless water heater. After getting contact details I called and spoke with Tracy Hui. I had a few questions which she quickly answered, gathering the information I required. Not only was Eco Star able to install a new tankless heater the next business day, their price was $2000.00 below another contractor with whom I had previous dealings. The crew arrived 15 minutes early, and had the job complete very quickly. The site was left very clean, and I was shown how to operate the new heater. Joseph Chan was an excellent sales manager. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, helpful, and very efficient. The price for the Lennox furnace was reasonable and he quickly coordinated everything with his office. Within just one day, the installers arrived and replaced our 23-year-old furnace, humidifier, and Eco bee thermostat. The furnace technicians, James and Sunny were outstanding—Punctual, very professional, kind, knowledgeable, thorough and had a smile on their face when we had any questions regarding the new furnace.
