Had a great experience with Hardy this afternoon. Furnace was not working all day yesterday but luckily it started to work after midnight. Called High Efficiency Cooling & Heating and received a call back within minutes and luckily, they were able to book me in for the same day. Hardy checked every component of the system and determined what could be causing the overheating. Was kind enough to provided information and recommendations. Ensured the furnace is in good condition before leaving. Checked to make sure all safety aspects were at the levels they should be. Thanks Hardy for making sure we will have heat for the upcoming cold snap!
I hired this contractor based on many positive comments listed on Google. My experience with their Sales dept. was well below my expectations (i.e took more than 1 month to submit post installation documents for the Rebate). Installation was fast but, no training was offered on how to use and maintain the Heat Pump. Technical Support team came to my place and did an excellent job on thermostat use.
