A gentleman named Arshia took care of us right away by setting up an appointment for the next day and bringing a new water heater to us. Fair prices and installed and running less than 24 hours later! We told the installers (Faramarz and Iraj) they didn't need to vacuum but they insisted because we have cats and didn't want them to walk through anything left behind. That in itself was impressive! Top notch professional service that we would 100% recommend.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND UNACCEPTABLE DELAY We have been without proper heating and hot water for over 4 days, during the coldest days of late December. After 3 days, and after sending two technicians (each time requiring us to wait up to 4 hours), the company provided a small temporary hot water tank that cannot even support a 5-minute shower. They also delivered two small space heaters for a three-storey house, which is completely inadequate. Worse, as soon as one heater was plugged in, all electrical outlets in that room stopped working. After 4 days of waiting in the cold, their response was simply: “Tomorrow we will speak with the manager and see what can be done.” This situation shows a serious lack of urgency, responsibility, and professionalism. I do not recommend this company, especially in emergency situations.
