It seems simple...offer a product & service at a fair price, be friendly and on time. So many companies miss their opportunity to win loyal customers, but not AC Works. The owner, Mark, and the service manager, Javier, were both outstanding. We had a total replacement of two units. The guys left our house better than they found it. I received personal instruction on how to use the system and follow up beyond expectations. AC Works has won a customer for life!!!

His diagnosis was spot-on and we had our AC back in working order. Javier was very professional, friendly personality and pleasant to work with. I have other AC work on two other units which I have scheduled them to come back. I highly recommend AC Works they definitely are worth the money!!! By the way I rarely give 5 stars, in this case it is well deserved.
