I called Comfort Experts today for a second opinion on an HVAC system repair and was extremely happy with how responsive and professional the team was in quickly getting a technician to evaluate the system and provide a very clear assessment - saving me thousands in repair costs, ultimately charging me nothing since it was a 2nd opinion visit. Nathaniel massa and Zachary walker. Two days in a row, I had Comfort guys out for inspections. Central air & heat, and plumbing. Comfort Experts did an excellent job repairing our HVAC system. We had no heat from either of our systems during this cold snap and they came out same day! Bailey was our technician, and he was truly outstanding—kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and very informative. For my ac follow up, Connor, the service tech is the best. He is very respectful, patient and takes time to explain everything in details.
