Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praise professional, courteous service, and two appreciate the lack of sales pressure; one also values explanations in understandable terms. One customer was disappointed after a Norris Air technician said parts were unavailable for a 16-year-old unit and recommended full replacement; that customer says another company later installed a heat kit and fixed it.

Ken Schumacher

Very disappointed in the service from this company. The heat kit was not working on our HVAC unit. A technician from Norris Air came to take a look. After a brief diagnosis, he stated that he would be unable to get parts for our 16-year old unit, and that we would need to fully replace the unit at a cost of $7,400 (their quote). It seemed as if he had little interest in fixing the existing unit, and just wanted to sell me a new one. A few days later, I had another company look at the unit. The technician drove to his supplier and came back with a new heat kit in 20 minutes. He fully fixed our heat kit in less than two hours and charged me $400.

Installed Air Cleaner to our system. They did great and always do. They make suggestions to help your system but never pressure you into buying.
