I have used Air Serv for many years and their service has in the past been the best! The end of March I called for AC summer check up and told 12-3. No service tech called so rescheduled for another time 9-12. Again no service tech or call so I called the office to reschedule for another time. Cesar had asked his brother to take the call but his brother called me after I had called the office (11am).I waited a week to get the technician who was coming back from vacation. Office said he would call before my 9-12 appointment to let me know he was coming. No call from anyone by 11 so I called a company here in Andrews and they came right out. I’m not sure what is going on with Air Serv’s service techs but they just lost my business.
I called Cesar early one morning when i found out our heater at the office wasn't working. He showed up and had it all working by 9AM or so. Good Man and good company. Every time i call him he is on it quick. Thank You Cesar.Tony
I did a service call with them and they came out and said I was low on refrigerant and my coils were dirty. I paid almost $500 for the call which included $150 for a "cleaning". Two weeks later my system was frozen again. I called a different co.pany who said I had a hole in my coils which caused me to replace the whole inside unit. I spoke to Air Serv and their response was well here's 10% off the previous bill. I will never use them again.

We had an ERV installed to help with ventilation. The installer didn't clean up any of his mess in the Attic from the installation including a light bulb that he broke and just left the glass. He installed the electrical outlet in front of the door of the ERV so that the filters can't be pulled out and cleaned. Where the humidistat was installed, he cut a bigger hole than needed so the humidistat doesn't cover it. I was told twice that a contractor would come fix the hole, and nobody ever showed up. Finally, the humidistat wasn't wired in right so they had to come back the next week to fix that.Update: just found out that the roof vents that they installed for the ERV are leaking.
