Simply incredible experience. These guys were so honest, upfront, and transparent through the entire process. I honestly wasn’t sure about them as they were assigned by my home warranty company. Unfortunately, the coverage did not include the repair as I let the coverage lapse and the condition predated my renewal. Nevertheless, Lonestar AC was fast, fair, and took my family’s wellbeing into consideration. They promptly repaired the unit and charged a very fair price. I don’t even feel like I was charged the oilfield markup tax we are all so used to paying. Other companies quoted repairs over $4k higher than Lonestar. Jordan was thorough and so much fun to talk with! Thanks guys, you earned a lifetime customer!
Absolutely disappointed with this company and communication throughout my experience.Right now is a giant ice storm and freeze in Texas and my heater has been out since last Sunday. They came out to diagnose it and approved my claim but scheduled my repair on Saturday Jan 24th on the day of the freeze. I knew they would cancel…Turns out they didn’t even have the part and the repair man was not even informed of my appointment. Their warehouse doesn’t open until Monday so my house is absolutely freezing. I am beyond angry and disappointed on how long it took for them to come out and then to not even be able to repair my heater before the freeze.

Lone Star Heating & Cooling is THE BEST. I had a heating/cooling system that was original to my 22 year old home. Tim or Victor had been out several times this year to repair either the heat or the air. Each time their service was prompt, dependable, and extremely reasonable in price.. Never a bad experience. Never once was I pressured to get a new system - it was quite the opposite: "run your system until it won't run anymore." When that time came, Tim and his team did a wonderful job on the new system installation. As usual they arrived early or right on time and went straight to work. They cleaned up EVERYTHING at the end of the installation --- you would never know they had been here. Tim explained the new system to me, showed me how to operate the thermostat and said to call him if I had any questions at any time. I would HIGHLY recommend Tim and his team. He truly cares about his customer and in providing the best in customer service. Very reliable, always pleasant and has a team that share the same qualities. Good people!
