I am very disappointed in how my recent service call with One Hour was handled. The office is not organized whatsoever. The new lady I spoke with told me they didn’t know when the tech would arrive and that I would just get a text before they came. I told her the lady I spoke to the night before had said I could call in the morning to find out whether it would be the morning or afternoon, and she flat-out said, “yeah, I don’t know why she says that.” On top of that, I was put on hold for 20 minutes just waiting to find out where the technician was.I was told the manager/owner, Amanda, would call me, but she never did. I’ve used this company in the past and never experienced issues like this, but this time was unacceptable. When the technicians finally arrived, they were here for no more than five minutes, said it was “the motor and blower,” and told me they’d be back in the morning to fix it. I waited ALL DAY, taking off work to be home, only for them to leave after five minutes and then diagnose the issue with two very expensive parts.I told the tech to let Amanda know I was extremely upset and would not spend another dollar with them. I am also signed up for their maintenance plan, which is clearly a waste,I will not be renewing that. Out of frustration, I called another AC company, and they came out immediately and fixed the problem the same day no games, no runaround.I will be taking my money to a company that actually values its customers. One Hour has shown me they are only money-hungry and provide horrible customer service.
Olga was quick to get me on the schedule for a quote. Kyle was great, honest, and treated my pups like his. I'll be scheduling my job with them soon. Thank you both for working with me. The 2 young men that came and worked were very professional, on time, and courteous. We just bought our home so pretty excited about their work. No mess to pick up. They took care of it.
Your technician Jim was punctual, pleasant and had the job completed in a short period of time. The price was very reasonable and he also provided a quote for a new system since mine is 10 years plus old. I was very impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. One Hour is a great service! They are quick and responsive -and the techs are friendly and efficient.(Kyle is amazing) We have used them for over 12 years. Great company. They also offer an excellent monthly warranty/service plan that has saved us a lot of money.
Our technician, Kyle, was great! He gave us some of the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. He kept us updated on what he was working on and took time to explain and answer questions even though we were his last call for the day and he ended up staying quite late fixing our unit. I would highly recommend One Hour to anyone looking for prompt and friendly service!
