Air Flow Heating & Cooling Ltd.

I’ll just get right to it: these are THE men for the job. Rod and Josh are kings of their craft, I cannot recommend them enough. We called about switching out an old thermostat and they came bright and early on Monday and were able to swap it out. They’re super friendly and efficient, a really excellent team and should I run into any HVAC issues or questions, I KNOW these are the fellas to call. I’m so happy with the work and professionalism they provided, if I could give them 6 stars, I would. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain what they were doing and how to work my new model, as well. Thank you guys again so much for all your help and my fancy new thermostat!

Let me start by saying that Rod and Josh at Air Flow Heating and Cooling is where you want to go. I’m saving you time and effort, look no further. They have the ultimate in customer service and satisfaction. I found them, contacted them and they came the same day in our July heatwave. That blew my mind. Very reasonably priced, explained everything and completely satisfied me. Listen to me and you will be extremely happy you did. He also came out for my neighbour two weeks later and the same story. If I could invest in them I certainly would. Just outstanding. Garry

I can see why Air Flow Heating & Cooling consistently receives five-star reviews. Today, both my air conditioner and furnace were inspected, and the service was outstanding. The technicians took the time to perform a thorough and careful inspection without ever making the process feel rushed. My family and I will definitely continue relying on Air Flow in the future. I highly recommend them for their punctuality, quality workmanship, and friendly, professional service.

I cannot speak highly enough of Air Flow Heating & Cooling Ltd. and their outstanding employee, Rod. We recently experienced a complex leak in our basement ceiling, and Rod's professionalism and expertise were truly invaluable. ?From the moment we called, Air Flow Heating & Cooling Ltd. was incredibly responsive, with Rod arriving very promptly to assess the situation. Rod was exceptionally professional and conducted a thorough and meticulous inspection of our HVAC system. ?Due to the complex nature of our leak, which had been misdiagnosed by others, Rod's extensive experience was critical. He expertly determined that the leak was actually coming from a burst water pipe, rather than condensation from the HVAC system – a crucial diagnosis that others missed. ?Despite the issue falling outside of his direct repair scope, Rod went above and beyond to help us. He diligently continued to assist us in identifying potential sources of the water leak, offering invaluable insights. He even took the time to communicate directly with the plumbing company's staff on our behalf, ensuring everyone was on the same page. ?Throughout this entire process, Rod was incredibly patient and supportive. He answered every single one of our calls and questions without hesitation or annoyance, always providing clear and helpful explanations. We also appreciated that their company's charges were transparent, with no hidden fees. ?In summary, we are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Air Flow Heating & Cooling Ltd. and particularly grateful for Rod's exceptional dedication and expertise. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and professional HVAC services.
