As always, our furnace died in New Years Eve. What a way to start 2026! ?? We called the Applewood team and they were able to send over their technicians the day after we signed our contract. This is our 4th time using Applewood and all I can say is we are very pleased with our new furnace. The technicians were most cordial and professional in their work. They completed the job in a timely manner and got our home back up and running so we could return the same evening. I highly recommend Applewood Air for any HVAC needs you may have. Great experience working with team at Applewood - Got in touch with Brendan O'Brien he inspected our old rusty water tank and was able to upgrade us to a new Rinnai Tankless system! Great with communication as well answered calls on a dime and responded quick which was helpful as we needed an urgent replacement and he did his best to work with our timelines. Worth every penny. The installation team was quick and efficient, and very professional! Did an amazing job.
