It felt like a "take it or leave it" price, with no effort to help me understand what I actually needed.I ended up hearing about Elemental through a neighbour, and the experience was completely different from the start. There team took the time to speak with me over the phone, understand my situation, and walk me through my options in detail.They actually recommended a heat pump, which I had never even heard of before. They explained everything clearly. How it can both heat and cool your home. How it works and how the furnace kicks in when it gets really cold. They also told me that since my AC was nearly 20 years old, it made sense to address both systems together to save on install costsWhat really stood out was the transparency. They walked through different equipment options, explained the pros and cons, and made sure I understood exactly what I was foorking out my hard earned money on. I never felt pressured, just well informed and taken care of.Once we agreed on the setup, they were at my house the very next day.
