Claudio came to our home on an emergency call after our furnace broke down on an extremely cold day, and he was absolutely outstanding. He arrived promptly, showed genuine compassion for our situation, and was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Claudio quickly identified the issue and made sure we weren’t left in the cold, returning first thing the next morning to complete the repair. His professionalism, skill, and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. Claudio is truly a 10/10.
