I had a difficult time with a different furnace company. Jason listened to what happened during the month-long installation process. Jason was able to quickly see multiple things that were wrong with the installation of my furnace. He took the time to explain each thing and what he would do to make it right. His explanations showed the high level of expertise and knowledge Jason has in this field. I would recommend Jason from Aire Serv of Kalispell if you are in need of a furnace and or A/C. Jeremy (owner) and Tammy (office manager) were very knowledge and helpful as well! Great company!
Thank you Aire Serve for sending Patrick to service my furnace. With the cold winter approaching, my furnace was not heating as well as it should and I knew I had to get it looked at as soon as possible. I received same-day service, and the issue was diagnosed within 10 minutes and my furnace was up and running perfectly within the hour at a very reasonable rate. He also checked all the other components to confirm everything was in order and would not need attention. Patrick was extremely personable and professional, and was a joy to talk with as he explained everything in terms I could easily understand. I would definitely recommend Aire Serve without hesitation.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how amazing Aire Serv was! From their kind, helpful receptionists to their professional technicians (especially Patrick) everyone I interacted with was exceptional. They had a technician at our home the same day to assess our broken furnace and installed a brand new one within 24 hours. Their financing options also made the replacement manageable for us, which was a huge relief. I’m incredibly happy with the entire experience and can’t recommend Aire Serv highly enough!
