Great price on a new AC. Mister Brad and his whole crew were very friendly and very professional, thorough and also got the whole unit installed very quickly. After searching several companies for the right company to install our AC, we knew right away that Service Tec One was the best to go with. They did an outstanding job!
My a/c unit went out during the hottest days of the year. Service Tec One was recommended to me & when I called Mr Brad came out right away. All the other companies wanted me to wait up to two days in 100 plus heat. Mr Brad got me an excellent deal on a new 3 1/2 ton. His guys worked non stop in 101 temps quickly & efficiently. Brad and his crew were great. Quick to come out and give me an estimate. When the job was done, they were friendly and professional, made sure the right work was being performed, and were on the ball. Clean, professional installation of both the indoor and outdoor parts of a split system heat pump. Very satisfied, and recommend.(Update)Capacitor went out 3yrs later Brad was there quickly and got it switched out on Mothers Day Sunday of all days. Much appreciated.
