I called for my pool heat pump not working. I had an appointment within 2 days, Ben was on time, checked everything, found the problem. The contactor was the problem and Ben noticed that I had an extra one for the Spa that I wasn’t using so he switched the wires to that one and it works perfectly. He could’ve sold me a new part but he told me he could use that one. Within the hour the heat pump was working. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous and had a good sense of humour. My 3 children all have pools and they have a card of Parker HVAC on their refrigerator door. Thank you Ben, my heat pump works better than before. Don.
I really wanted to support a small company. But our experience was not the best. From waiting for a part on back ordered, and make us wait even longer in the heat wave with no a/c is definitely not appreciated. On top 2 messages was left with no return call back.As for the labor cost, we were charged for 5 hours , and they were here for 4 hours. Again, i know that maybe everyone is looking for money. But we paid off our unit and expected better service. It's unfortunate ?? that it has to come to leave a review to get a response.
I had a similar bad experience with this company as so many other customers have mentioned with very expensive invoices arriving after they have been. In my case I received a charge of nearly $400 as they said it took 3 hrs to draw a single white line on MS Paint to show me where they planned to install the units pending no my approval. Never once was it ever mentioned or agreed upon to pay for them extra to do this. If this was mentioned I would have declined as thats a ridiculous cost. I promptly paid the call out fee and travel costs as per the invoice but refused to pay the not agreed upon charge for the photo that when things took at turn. Just as with so many other customer reviews they were quick to inform me of sending it to collections. Luckily I have all the documentation to dispute this with credit unions. What I do find fascinating though is the company’s response to bad customer reviews seems to always be that it’s a smear campaign by disgruntled customers or leaving bad reviews is a low ball. I don’t think so many customers can be in the wrong. Only recommendation I have would be to use a different HVAC company with a better reputation.
Service was great! The service tech arrived on time, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions. Our LG mini split is working better than ever! Will be happy to have Parker HVAC, clean or service our unit whenever needed.
Ben was fantastic! Quick to answer my request, showed up on time and when he left, you would have never know he was here. He goes above and beyond and I couldn’t be happy with his services!
