What really stood out was the attention to detail — they laid down protective rugs on the stairs and floors so nothing would get scratched or stained, which says a lot about how they treat customers’ homes. The systems were installed cleanly, everything was tested thoroughly, and the crew made sure we were comfortable with the operation before they left. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and there were no surprises. ?????????? I’ve been using Putman Mechanical for my HVAC maintenance and have been very impressed. Roger came out for my biannual service and did a thorough job, took the time to explain what he was doing, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. What really stood out to me, though, was their honesty. Another company (that I won’t name) told me I needed to replace my entire system to the tune of about $30,000. The owner of Putman Mechanical (Michael) reviewed everything and let me know that was absolutely not the case and that my current system is just fine. That kind of integrity is exactly why I’ll continue to use and recommend Putman Mechanical.
