??????????I’ve been using Putman Mechanical for my HVAC maintenance and have been very impressed. Roger came out for my biannual service and did a thorough job, took the time to explain what he was doing, and made sure everything was running properly before he left.What really stood out to me, though, was their honesty. Another company (that I won’t name) told me I needed to replace my entire system to the tune of about $30,000. The owner of Putman Mechanical (Michael) reviewed everything and let me know that was absolutely not the case and that my current system is just fine. That kind of integrity is exactly why I’ll continue to use and recommend Putman Mechanical.
I recently moved to Mooresville and needed to replace my furnace and two HVAC units. Needless to say it was an expensive project. After interviewing several companies, I settled on Putnam Mechanical and have been very happy with the results. Putnam was different from all the other companies in that they did not apply high pressure sales tactics, they quoted exactly what needed without any upselling and their prices are reasonable.When it came to the installation, there was no lead time. The equipment was readily available and Putnam dispatched two install crews that were able to complete the job in one day. The crews professional, courteous and put down the needed material to protect the house during the installation. After the job was complete, they ensured the house was clean and educated me on how to use and maintain the system. Can't ask for more than that! If you are looking for a no non-sense company to do business with, give them a call.
We had to have our upstairs unit replaced. Putnam installers were great! They covered our floors and stairs for added protection as they were in and out all day. Jason was very knowledgeable and provided us with information about our new equipment, inspection, etc. After they left it was like they were never here! We had been using another service for the past 18 yrs., however, theycould not meet Putnam’s price. Thank you Putnam Mechanical! We look forward to working with you again!
