Brennan came by and looked at my heat pump and gave me a quick basic estimate for replacement. He was professional and courteous. Unfortunately the company didn’t carry ICP equipment which is what I wanted to replace it with.
Precision air sent Matthew Ford out to diagnose my unit freezing up. He was pleasant, professional, and thorough with his explanation. I will be using this company going forward for a bi-annual maintenance program solely due to my experience with Matthew. Matthew Ford was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. In a matter of minutes, he was able to determine the most likely area, the inducer. Upon further investigation after removing the inducer housing, somehow a finch had gotten stuck in there and was blocking the air flow. I don't believe I would have been able to find that solution on a YouTube video.?? I would like to thank Matthew for allowing me to watch while he patiently explained how the system worked as he went through his diagnostics. Excellent overall experience.
