During the recent snow storm, my heat went out. My unit is only 2 yrs old, so I knew it was not completely broke. I called my home warranty company, Choice HOME Warranty, to get it fixed. Unfortunately, it went out on Saturday, after the 1st snow. The company only had 2 trucks that could make it in this weather. So I wasn't able to get help til Tuesday. They quoted 1pm-4pm, but they made it by 11am! They were very nice and respectful, and more than punctual!! I will call them again.

Having my furnace go out on New Year's Day was not how I wanted to start 2026..but.. Being put in contact with Bright HVAC was a great way to start it! They are so friendly and kind. They are knowledgeable and thorough. On time and conscientious. They finished the installation and cleaned up so well that you could not tell anyone had been there at all. The communication was amazing! I am not a young person but Nathan, Calvin, Stephanye and the Bright team provided the best customer service I have ever experienced!!! I will never use another company!!!

Great company to work with, professional and on time! Service tech nathan was great! He came and did a thorough inspection due to my AC unit not working,found several issues and sent a detailed report to my home warranty company. Based off his detailed report, I was able to get my 4ton package unit replaced! Very grateful for them and their service. Highly recommend them!!
