My furnace was presenting with a few different fault codes. After working through a few CHAT suggestions (which didn't work), I decided to get some professional help. I was able to get a fairly quick appointment with two service technicians: Jose Faria and Khpelwak Asadullah from this company. They were very polite, respectful and methodical. They requested my installation manual to compare the detailed settings with what was presented. They made a number of adjustments and made a few very good suggestions for me to follow up on to keep this sophisticated modulating furnace in good operating condition. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend this team of techs.

They were very courteous and took time to answer my questions and educate me on the best solution for my new equipment and thermostat. Forever grateful for getting our heat back on and taking on this Herculean task in such frigid weather. Best crew!
Khpelwak Asadullah and Tajinder Grewal were amazing at installing our new tankless water heater. The installation went smooth, they were very careful to protect the home with drop cloths. The machine itself is neat and tidy, very professional work. Can’t thank them enough for getting us our hot water back, especially the day before Christmas! Would definitely recommend them.
