They saved me $6,000! I had been told I needed a new fireplace...I contacted Appleby Systems for a second opinion/quote. The technician, Andrew, was very thorough and found that a spider had made a nest inside the brass fitting of the gas line. Only $250 and my fireplace was working like new! I'd describe this company (and Andrew) as very professional, efficient, and ethical.

Warning- this may sound like a commercial for Appleby systems, but I assure you I'm just an extremely satisfied customer. I'm finding it very difficult these days to recognize fact from fiction, truth to lies, real or AI ? So when I got the call from Ryan the owner of Appleby assuring me he was on the case, it gave me a great sense of ease. The problem I was having was with an old furnace and wasn't in the position to purchase a new one. Knowing parts can be on back order for weeks and a polar vortex heading our way, Ryan went out of his to locate the desperately needed motor. The motor was found and installed the following day. I couldn't be happier with this company, owner and employees. They're honest, efficient, hard working and friendly. Appleby Systems did an excellent job installing our humidifier. Diane in the office was very helpful in recommending the right model and making the selection process easy. The very next day, Anderson Brock completed the installation and the work was extremely professional. Clean routing, a proper setup, and everything was installed without any issues. He explained how the system works after the install and made sure everything was running correctly. He also cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Great experience from start to finish. Appleby Systems saved the day.Our furnace needed to be replaced and the expert technician came in and informed us that our furnace was 20 years old,and there was no saving it. He set us up with heaters for the night which was so nice and toasty. Then came back the next day and installed our new furnace.We could not be happier with the amazing service we received.
