We had a great experience with Bill Leary Air. Allen Sr. Tech, Shawn, DJ, and the entire crew were fantastic from start to finish.
My dad was without heat, and they were able to schedule us quickly and take care of everything right away. They replaced the boiler and removed the old oil tank in just a day and a half. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home.

Allen, Shawn B, DJ, & Crew came in and did their thing! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, timely, & courteous! There was a basement flood caused by a negligent contractor which resulted in 14” of water in the basement damaging a hot water heater and two boilers. In less than a few hours, they came in, replaced all three units, and had everything up and running! I cannot stop singing their praises! Thank you for your excellent services! I will definitely use them again in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone I know! Fantastic work guys! Fantastic work!

Senior Technician Allen did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my furnace. He quickly identified the root cause of the issue, installed a new condensate pump, and ensured the system was draining properly. After completing the repair, he verified correct operation of the furnace, checked controls and safety components, and confirmed everything was running within normal parameters. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He clearly explained the problem and the work performed. Highly recommend Allen for HVAC diagnostics and repairs.
