I cannot speak highly enough of Strathmore AC. Every time I have called, they've come out same day. They're responsive, professional and reliable. They're honest and reasonable. This past summer, my AC died on a Sunday when it was going to be 97 degrees. I left Strathmore a message at 8am thinking they would receive it on Monday. They called me back at 8:20am and said they would be there by noon. Luckily for me, they were attending a family party a block away. They could have easily dealt with it on Monday but they came that morning. They fixed it in 15 mins and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I can't tell you what that meant to me when it was 97 later that day. This past weekend when it was in the lower teens, my heat stopped working. They again came out that morning and fixed it quickly. It was 8 degrees last night. Thank goodness for Strathmore!Every experience I have had with Strathmore has been wonderful. They're family owned and operated and it shows. They make you feel like family. I wish all service providers offered the same experience as Strathmore!
