I bought my mini-split from Alpine 4 years ago. This appt was for routine maintenance. The service staff person was friendly and experienced. They explained what they were doing, completed the job well and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was complete. While the appt time got mixed up, they still completed the job the same day and gave me a 10% discount for their mixup. I would highly recommend them for sales, installation and service of a ductless heating/cooling system.
I was a bit surprised that there was a delay in the Service I received. I was paying $11.+ each month to be ready for the maintenance necessary the following year. However, when I inquired about the maintenance, I was told i still had one more year to be prepared. However, I was explained by a different office administrator that I was over due year+. She immediately took corrective action & got me back on track. She also, insured that I could speak to a sales representative about installing another unit downstairs. I just need to verify the actual monthly amount paid to be serviced. I felt from that last interaction with the young lady should not cause a bad rating or bad review. The service technician that came out was polite, understanding and very knowledgeable on his job. He explained to us on how to be more active in the maintaining of our unit. In addition, he showed us where the outside unit could use a bush terming that is important. Good experience with the last two dedicated employees.
Alpine Ductless gets my top award for being the best company I've worked with during my 9-year whole-house renovation. I've worked with Gail to schedule installations and service/maintenance, and Mathew and Justin (among others!) have been the friendly, efficient technicians that have helped keep my house comfortable year-round. Great experience with Alpine Ductless! After getting 3 quotes for a new ductless mini split system, Alpine by far had the most reasonable price. The guys who came to install it were right on time, friendly, and very efficient. They even took the time to walk me through everything after they were done. Highly recommend!
Alpine Ductless staff were so professional, knowledgeable, and patient while not only explaining what type of unit I would need for my home, but during the whole installation process as well as instructing me on its use. They were flexible while working to my schedule and were friendly and helpful. I would 100% use them again, plus the 12 year warranty is a game changer! Kudos to Justin, Everett, and Matt! Thank you!
