We had a great experience with Harry's Home Comfort. They initially came to install the outdoor compressor and completed the electrical wiring. When it was time to install the two indoor units, we realized that there was no power available in the basement yet, so I had to ask them to pause the work.It actually took about six months before the power situation was resolved and we were ready to continue. During that entire time, the team was incredibly patient and professional. They never asked for payment or pressured us in any way. Instead, they simply followed up from time to time to check if the power had been installed and when they could come back to finish the job.Once everything was ready, they returned and completed the installation smoothly. I truly admired their professionalism, patience, and customer-focused attitude. We recently installed a new Kepler furnace. The process from start to finish was made very easy. Spoke to Tristan who explained all of my options. Once the item was chosen I was given the price and when it would be installed. The installers from Harry's home comfort were mindful of keeping my home clean. They explained everything very clearly and confirmed my understanding. Thanks to all for such an easy process.
I had needed a HeatPump because was using a Wood furnace / Boiler system.Ben did a great job explaining everything and providing me with different options and gave me time to think about it. He wasn't pushy at all.Great job again.I love wood heat but it gets harder to constantly cut and prepare every year and needed something more efficient and affordable.I'd highly recommend Harry's home comfort and Ben if you need system upgrades or even to get more information.
