I don't usually write reviews but this time there is an exception. A technician, Eric Ortiz, was an extraordinary person. I watched him during the analyzing and charging of our air conditioning service, and being a retired appliance tech myself, knew that he was very knowledgeable. It is so nice to see someone that really cares for what they are doing and has great communication with their customers.
The service tech came out to do a service on my system, Jeremy was very informative, kept in the loop of what he was doing and gave me a lot of good information on my older system. He fixed it up right and installed a new quick start booster (energy saver) it's working better then it was. Explained how a newer system is more efficient and made suggestions which will help me make a decision whether to replace my older system or keep this one. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and friendly, looking forward to doing business with this company again, Also had them inspect my swamp cooler for a total replacement.
**Outstanding Service from Start to Finish** After meeting Joe at a meeting, I sharedsome of my past experiences with another Heating and Air company and mentioned Iwas looking for help at my home. Joe took the initiative and had his office reach out tome right away. I was a bit slow to respond, but Joe followed up just to make surenothing had fallen through on their end -- which I really appreciated. Once I got in touch,the office was prompt and professional in setting up an appointment window. On theday of the visit, the technician, Josh, even called ahead and asked if it would be okay toarrive early -- which worked out perfectly for me. Josh was excellent. He wasknowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He evenwent above and beyond by trying to troubleshoot an issue with an air purifying systemthat had been previously installed. I really appreciated his thoroughness andprofessionalism.
