This was an absolute nightmare and cost me so much time and damaged my Airbnb business. They did not install my mini split to code. There was a tiny leak which after a few months ended up damaging the condenser. I had a guest complain the heat wasn’t working and when I called the company for help, they refused to service the machine for days and said to “flip the breaker.” They went out days after the guest left, never followed up with me, and said the machine was fine. Another guest checks in and has the same complaint - the heater isn’t working. They refused to service my machine for days again but when they finally showed up they tried to say the machine was fine; however, my guest was on the phone with me telling me they were lying.They couldn’t figure it out and I had to reimburse another guest almost the entire trip. I asked the repair company to go back out and fix the machine once and for all and they said they needed THREE complaints from three different people in order to service my machine again.I said if they didn’t do it by a certain date, I would issue a charge back since the machine is defective (only about 9 months old) and they are refusing service.They still refused.After the chargeback, they intentionally lied to me and said they would fix it but instead arrived to my place at night and sabotaged the system, cutting wires.This company should be reported to the police. They are malicious and they are liars.I had another licensed technician out from another company and he confirmed the leak, the damaged condenser and cut wires. He also said it had NOT been installed up to code as it had been drilled directly into my roof.
DMD installed my heat pump and did a beautiful job. I call them annually to service it. They are always ready to make sure it running perfectly, change my filters, etc. Nick has been out the last two years and again, did a great job. Thank you DMD!

I had great service when they installed a new HVAC unit in our condo in Palm Springs. They worked outside in the 95-degree heat and demonstrated a strong knowledge of new units and thermostat installation, including the Nest new generation.
