From the initial contact through installation, their professional and attentive service exceeded every expectation. They responded promptly to the urgency of my need and patiently accommodated my know-it-all insistence on exact system specifications (now that I had the benefit of a little internet knowledge, which posed a few challenges). Every person I communicated with was exceptional—from the specialist who recommended the best system tailored to my needs, preferences, and budget, to the coordinator, installers, and follow-up team, all working in perfect coordination. Their patience and understanding of my demanding nature are a testament to their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency—a truly remarkable and worthwhile service. Having a maintenance contract reassures me of their continued support.

Cannot say enough about Desert air conditioning. We recently moved to the area and our neighbors referred this company. We needed extensive work. Ducts cleaned , units serviced and duct work repairs. My AC went out this weekend and Desert Air Conditioning (Carlos) saved the day. He was professional, curtious and was able to repair my ac within an hour or so. I would highly recommend their biannual maintenance program. Worth every penny. These guys are fair and honest! Happy customer for 7 years.
