Great communication between office and techs. Had heat pump service and plumbing same day. Jonathan was professional and extremely polite. Did a thorough job maintaining our heat pump. Same with Eric who replaced a shower cartridge in the water valve.
Great guys, great tradesmen. Every time I deal with Timo things run smooth. Techs are so courteous, personable, and well trained.
