I called Friday morning and John, our Tech, came out right after lunch. Walked in our condo, and looked a the unit and stated he would need to go to the roof and look but would be right back. Five minutes later our air is blowing cold and he was gone. So nice to have a true professional that diagnosed the problem, was honest and very nice. He charged us a very reasonable service call and off he went. Great job John and All American Heating and Air. Highly recommend their professionalism and honesty.
Called this morning after viewing reviews online. The lady answering the phone was friendly and efficient. Within an hour I received a call from my technician Don letting me know he was 10 minutes away. He was thorough and the issue ended up being more involved than I had originally anticipated. He updated me prior to beginning repairs and stayed on the job until all was repaired and functioning well. Don was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and thorough. Was so pleased I even signed up for twice yearly maintenance. Thank you All American for turning a stressful situation into an easy journey. Pricing was more than fair for all that went into the repair. Will recommend Don and All American to anyone looking for hvac repair or maintenance!
John and Don came out to repair damage that another local ac company did to my house while my husband was deployed. They and everyone at All American have been beyond helpful and professional.
