I recently had a complete A/C installation done at my home by Prestige Air, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from start to finish.

Elliott, the master installer, and his team were exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. We did encounter a few minor issues during the process, but what impressed me most was how quickly and effectively they were resolved. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction is a top priority.

I also want to extend a big thank you to the ladies in the office. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional every step of the way. Whether it was scheduling, follow-ups, or answering my questions, they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Shadi gave a clear, straightforward quote for our challenging install & Tammie kept us updated and on-schedule about any changes and available options through out. The installers were incredible! Neil & Elliot really made this challenging installation happen! They created a well thought out game plan and got right to business with attention to detail every day. They were straightforward with expectations, and even took time to educate on the product themselves and energy saving usage strategies which was very appreciated. The system is running perfectly, and the whole process felt well-coordinated from quote to final tests.

Shadi and Fatima were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced about the mini splits I wanted to have installed. The technician they sent, Ahmad, was also very professional and was able to install a condenser outside and 2 mini splits inside very quickly! (less than a day for my house). He cleaned everything up, took all the boxes and extra materials so I didn't get stuck with having to dispose of anything. Couldn't say more nice thing about this team. Very happy with the work completed!!
