The tech that came was very nice and professional and tried to help me out. The bad rating is because i thought i was calling Pembroke Pines AC which was recommended to me only to discover when they came in it was Cool Air USA. High pricing.

This company leads customers to believe that they are Pembroke Pines Air Conditioning. They are in fact not! I have used the REAL Pembroke Pines Air Conditioning before and I called for an emergency service. They led me to believe that they were the on call, after hours service and sent out a technician. This is not fair business practice and I do not appreciate being lied to.
These guys were great! Their technician was punctual and called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The guy figured out what the issue was within 5 min of being there (he used a cool tablet to help diagnose the problem), and had me back up and running within 30 minutes!! Pricing was super reasonable and the tech was polite and professional. There are quite a few shady a/c companies out there...I'm glad I found these guys!
I initially requested a quote to replace two older AC units (one was not functioning, the other was just old) at a house I just purchased. Their quote came in right were I expected the price to be... (other quotes were more than double their quote)Ultimately, I did not decide to replace the equipment, but rather go with the option of repairing the one failed unit. I had already repalced the capacitor and checked a few other things, and was convinced that the fan-motor was bad. Because these guys were so fair up-front, I gave them a call. I explained the situation, and he said he would be back the next day with a replacement fan-motor. The next day, the technician showed up to repair the unit... and found an additional breaker that was tripped, and the unit came on straight away.Long-story short... They were very accommodating, prompt, and even when there was no real-problem... they didn't even charge me a service fee.When/If I ever do have AC problems... I'd definitely call them again.
