Greg and Michael run a tight ship! And they're honest! First trip, Mike came over and did a complete cleaning of our previously poorly maintained on demand water heater (Vision and RPR recommended complete replacement for 7k). One stating a cleaning would likely cause it to stop working completely. Guess I'm gambling on that, because it works great so far post-cleaning. Then a few days later, Mike came back to install a new fireplace blower motor, since the old one was super noisy, and wasn't blowing air. That job was 1/4 the price of the two quotes I got from the aforementioned companies. Stick with small biz and you'll save money not paying big company overheads. Even though the others are great companies too, who doesn't like to save money? Mike is very personable as well, but I'd rather not see him in my house again!!! Unless of course it's for my next checkup. My new go-to guys for HVAC maintenance and repair! THANKS!
