1-Star Review: Stay Far Away – Dishonest and Unprofessional
I regret every second I gave this company my business. From start to finish, it was a nightmare.
They demanded a large deposit supposedly for materials—way more than was actually spent on materials for my job. When I asked where the bulk of the equipment was, they said it was on order and would arrive in a few days, but they needed to keep it at their shop. Then, when it was actually needed two months later, I had to wait again because they had never ordered it.
The owner became pushy about getting the remaining balance paid before the work was even finished, but after payment they completely ghosted me. I could not get a response—no returned calls, no replies to texts, no answers to emails—nothing. This was especially frustrating because their original quote clearly stated they would handle rebate applications and warranty registration on my behalf. Those promises vanished the moment the final payment cleared. They took my money and immediately treated me like I no longer existed.
The workmanship itself was mediocre at best—nothing terrible, but definitely not worth what they charged. Sloppy details, corners cut where it showed, and no pride in the finished product.
Bottom line: Poor and dishonest communication, questionable financial practices, abandonment after getting paid, and subpar work. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Save yourself the headache and stress—go with literally anyone else.

Arranged for a summer service for the heat pump. In the past I have questioned the value that I received. I contacted G Little to give them a try A young lady (Trisha) arrived and got right at it. Big smile the entire time. She explained what the service would be also taking the time to talk about a fall service.
Job is done at a reasonable price with arrangements made for a fall service on the furnace. I like preventative maintenance and I believe I have found the right company for it

I want to say a huge thank you to the G. Little team for the amazing service I received. I was in a panic realizing I needed CSA recertification for my home and I needed to demonstrate to my home buyer that the assessment and work had happened within 5 days. I called G. Little and they were on site the very next day and for two days following ensuring all the work was done. I've recommended you to my realtor, neighbours, friends and family. I've never received this kind of service from any company in my life. Super impressed and so grateful!

What a Wonderful Company GLE is:
My old air conditioner failed and GLE came out a couple days later and gave me a quote. I ordered the unit since it was a Lennox which is not only a highly reliable product but my furnace is a Lennox so it fit right in. Also it was much less than other quotes I had received and was the same size I had - whereas other quotes used a smaller unit.
They were going to install it following the weekend however I got a call to start my chemo therapy so I emailed and requested a higher priority because it was going to be 35 degrees on the weekend. They pulled it off and installed it on Friday. I was so glad to be able to get a good nights sleep after my chemo.
