Marcus not only came to check our AC problem, but he fixed it on the spot. We didn't need a new AC unit, as quoted by a prior company ($7,000)! We just needed a new capacitor ($300). Cheap fix! He also spoke with us as how best to care for our AC unit. That prior company came out to do an annual check on our AC, and it turned out that he didn't clean the unit! We will only deal with Guardian in the future. They care about seniors, and are good honest people!! Thank you Marcus so much!!!! After 3 weeks in the heat, we are finally cool again.
Excellent customer service from the receptionists to the installers. We needed to replace an air conditioner. Guardian sourced an in wall unit for us and did a fantastic job with the install. The hole in the wall needed modifying to accommodate the larger unit but the two installers did a fantastic job and even cleaned up after themselves. Amazing! I would highly recommend Guardian heating and air conditioning.

Guardian replaced my old AC unit that had died a couple years ago. They quoted lower than 2 other HVAC contractors and did the job professionally and on time. I really appreciated that Darren took the time to explain all my options and with that info I was confident in my decision on which AC unit was appropriate for my smaller home.
