We needed to disconnect our air conditioning to fix a foundation issue, and fritch was able to reattach the air conditioner and add a mount to our house to keep our A/C safe while the ground settles. Richard and Josh came in 90 degree heat at 3:30 on a Friday and stayed until 6:30 because they knew we were having people over for our son’s birthday. We’re so grateful for how responsive everyone at Fritch was with our questions, and we’ve always received great & prompt care.

They took my working, just undersized, air conditioner out and realized they didn't have one to replace it with. No offer to provide fans, window unit, discount.2. Left a mess at my house and expected me to wait a week for them to come back. Had to call for them to come back to clean up. See pics.3. They installed the wrong unit in my basement. Also installed poorly to where I couldn't change the furnace filter.4. Programmed the thermostat incorrectly. House was 46 degrees Fahrenheit.5. Breaker continually blew. I was fed up (see issues above lol) and had been begging the whole time for them to call in a third party because they obv weren't getting it right. I had to make an unhinged Facebook post, report to the OAG, report to the BBB, and they finally got an Amana rep from Chicago to come inspect.We discussed a refund of $500 but they refuse. Mrs. Fritch-Milton sees no problem with all the time wasted, because at least they were trying. So, I guess use Fritch if you have plenty of time lol. My anxiety throughout this process was horrible. We're all square now I guess but I still am so on edge when the heat doesn't kick on right away. It has been so much on me for an experience that should have been a pleasant, one day thing.

We lost our furnace (Bryant 90 plus secondary heat exchanger) on a Thursday night. I called Fritch (based on reviews) at 7:15 am the next day. Joseph came out by 9:30 to give a quote on replacing everything. His assessment was honest and did he did not try to up-sell us on anything. The techs were friendly and did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. Everything was explained upon completion. The gentlemen that dropped off the new furnace took extra care not to damage anything taking the supplies down to the basement. Overall an excellent experience!
