Beau explained everything well that he was doing before, during and after the service. He was very nice and well knowledgeable of what he was doing. They even cleaned up after they were done. He also showed me how to work the new thermostat and explained when and how to change the filters. A wonderful worker and person. Thank you very much! I had excellent service from Lambie! Robin was very helpful and got me scheduled that day when I called. Beau and Brayden did a great job! They kept me informed of exactly what was wrong with my furnace and answered any questions that I had! I am definitely calling Lambie for any HVAC need I may have. Arrived at the exact time I was told. Both technicians introduced themselves and even wiped their feet before entering my home. Greeted my pets who came to investigate them, and got right to work . Didn't waste any time and even gave us a few pointers in how to prevent the issues we had with our furnace!
Technician advised me that my 17 year-old furnace. The bearings were going out of the blower motor. Was given a great price with rebates. Installation was done in a neat and timely manner.
