Third time using Climate Experts. I’ve had them replace my furnace and air conditioner with a new heat pump. Also, service on my Napoleon fireplace and a routine maintenance call.Great communications from the admin, courteous and professional. The service guys are very conscious, caring and skilled. Reliable, kind, honest, attentive people. The person on the phone said that they will come between :900 and 12:00 the next day to replace our furnace and they came little after 9:00 the next day. They knew we were cold at home with -8C outside and a bad snow storm and made effort to replace our furnace in a manner of hours.Personally it touches my heart when businesses are driven not for just money, they were sincerely concerned of well being.They care and that is what makes all the difference when choosing them instead of choosing other companies.I couldn’t be more grateful.Thanks you very much.

TJ was professional, personable, courteous and efficient. He explained and showed us before and after photos of the work he completed our boiler and gave us recommendations on what to do and look out for, to keep our boiler in working order. It was a pleasure to have him service our furnace.
