When looking for a local and reputable HVAC company, I saw TwinTech mentioned a few times and I can see why as I had an excellent experience with them.
I recently had my furnace and hot water heater replaced by TwinTech, and they’ll be coming back in the spring to install my new AC as well.
Bob took the time to walk me through all my options in detail, explaining the pros and cons of each so I could make an informed decision. Their quote was fair and notably less than the big rental company I was previously using and eager to get away from.
On installation day, Greg, Grant, Logan, and Mitch were friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had. Bob even checked in throughout the process. The new system is working perfectly, and I’m looking forward to having them back in the spring to complete the AC.

I strongly recommend this company for the exceptional service that it provides. When our furnace stopped working, their technician, Mitchell, was on the scene in 2 hours. Bob, the consultant, was also on the scene providing us with life saving portable heaters and explaining replacement options. In spite of the worst winter storm of the season, one of owners, Greg, arrived with Mitch the following morning as scheduled and ended up shovelling out our driveway to get in, exceeding all our expectations. A new furnace was installed in a few hours on what was one of the coldest days of the year. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional service that this company provided. Thank you Mitch, Bob and Greg!!
