I strongly recommend this company for the exceptional service that it provides. When our furnace stopped working, their technician, Mitchell, was on the scene in 2 hours. Bob, the consultant, was also on the scene providing us with life saving portable heaters and explaining replacement options. In spite of the worst winter storm of the season, one of owners, Greg, arrived with Mitch the following morning as scheduled and ended up shovelling out our driveway to get in, exceeding all our expectations. A new furnace was installed in a few hours on what was one of the coldest days of the year. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional service that this company provided. We needed to replace our Furnace about 2 weeks ago. Bob from Twin Tech Heating came over and explained what he could do for us and the benefits of certain units. After doing our checks. We selected Twin Tech and it turned out to be a very very good choice . Greg showed up the next day and he and Mitch had us up and running that afternoon. Great professional and clean install. As like Bob with the sales. Greg addressed the install as if it was his own. Very personal people. Very knowledgeable as well. Great choice .
Needing a new A/C & Furnace for your home can not only be overwhelming but it's a huge investment and where do you start.After reading many positive reviews we reached out to Twintech and Bob returned our call the same day. Bob spent a few hours with us, reviewing everything inside and outside with such detail, explaining everything that we would be changing, updating and reviewing the various HVAC options with us. We did our due diligence and had other companies come to compare information, brands and pricing, but came back to Twintech to do the job for many reasons. Starting with the history of this family business, meeting Bob, his extensive knowledge provided us with the best model options for our particular home, and we felt very confident and educated knowing we chose the right units.Greg and his team were prompt, very professional, protected our home from the equipment moving in and out, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything when installation was complete. Greg went through everything with us showing all the updates and features of the furnace and changes that were made. Mitch ensured our new thermostat was connected and communicating with the new furnace perfectly.
